❓ FAQs

Q: Can I use a different type of apple?
A: Yes! Honeycrisp apples are sweet and crisp, but you can also use Gala, Fuji, or Pink Lady apples for a similar flavor and texture.

Q: Can I make these popsicles dairy-free?
A: Absolutely. Swap the Greek yogurt for a dairy-free alternative like coconut yogurt, almond milk yogurt, or oat milk yogurt.

Q: How long do these popsicles need to freeze?
A: For best results, freeze for at least 12 hours—but 24 hours will give you the firmest popsicles with the best texture.

Q: Can I reduce the sugar or use a different sweetener?
A: Yes! You can reduce the sugar or use honey, maple syrup, or even a sugar substitute like stevia or monk fruit.

Q: Do I need to cook the apples first?
A: Nope! The apples soften slightly as they freeze in the yogurt, giving them a great bite. Just dice them small so they blend well into the mixture.

Q: How do I remove the popsicles from the mold easily?
A: Run warm (not hot) water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull the sticks to release.
