If there’s one thing I love, it’s taking something simple and making it extra special for my kids. These Mickey-Shaped Cinnamon Rolls are an easy, fun way to bring a little Disney magic to breakfast or dessert! With just a can of store-bought cinnamon rolls, a little shaping, and some festive sprinkles, you can create the cutest themed treat—perfect for the Fourth of July, birthdays, Easter, or any time you want a little extra fun on the table.
Mickey-Shaped Cinnamon Rolls
The best part? These can be made in the air fryer or oven, so whether you’re short on time or making a big batch, you’ve got options!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (like Pillsbury or store-brand)
- 1 packet of included icing (or homemade glaze)
- Festive sprinkles (red, white & blue for July 4th, pastels for Easter, etc.)
Instructions:
Air Fryer Method:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Shape the Mickey head – Take one cinnamon roll for the head and two smaller pieces (cut from another roll) for the ears. Press them together gently.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown. (Check often, as air fryers vary!)
- Cool slightly, then drizzle with icing and top with sprinkles.
Oven Method:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shape the Mickey head the same way as above.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, ice, and decorate with sprinkles!
Customization Ideas:
- Birthday Party? Use rainbow sprinkles!
- Christmas Morning? Try red and green sprinkles with a cinnamon glaze.
- Halloween Fun? Orange and black sprinkles make a spooky treat
