Celebrate Donald Duck Day

Celebrating the feisty, lovable duck who’s been making us laugh since 1934! Every June 9th, Disney fans honor the one and only Donald Duck, who made his official debut on this day in 1934 in the cartoon The Wise Little Hen. As a Disney adult, I’m always excited to celebrate Donald’s unique personality — his fiery temper, his hilarious antics, and his undeniable charm.

As a Disney adult, I love using this day to revisit the artistry, heart, and magic behind a movie that taught us all what it means to be brave, honest, and true.

Winnie the Pooh Day ~ January 18

Celebrating the Silly Old Bear Who Lives in the Hundred Acre Wood

Every January 18th, we celebrate one of the most beloved characters in children’s literature and Disney history — Winnie the Pooh! This special day honors the birthday of author A.A. Milne, who introduced us to Pooh and all his friends way back in 1926. As a Disney adult and mom, this day brings up so many sweet memories of bedtime stories, cuddly stuffed animals, and cozy Disney movie nights.
