How To Make a Disney AI Podcast Baby Video with Hedra

Okay, I fell down the rabbit hole… and landed straight into the cutest TikTok trend ever. You’ve probably seen those AI podcast babies showing up all over your feed. Well, I had to try it—but with a Disney twist, of course!

I turned myself into a sassy little Disney toddler who’s clearly been rope dropping Fantasyland since day one. And guess what? You can make your own too—with just a photo, a few prompts, and some Disney magic.

Here’s how I did it:

Step 1: Choose a Clear Photo of Yourself

Start with a photo of your face—front-facing, well-lit, and full of personality. Don’t worry about being too serious. A smile or playful expression works perfectly, especially if you’re planning to add Disney flair later (think ears, spirit jerseys, or that “just had a churro” glow ✨).

Step 2: Use ChatGPT for Your Prompt & Script

This is where the real fun begins! I used ChatGPT (yes, right here!) to help with two things:

  • A visual description prompt for Hedra to understand how to stylize my image

  • A short podcast script (200 characters or less) that’s funny, sassy, and totally Disney-core

 Example Image Prompt for Hedra:

“Create a toddler version of an adult woman with long hair, big expressive eyes, and a warm smile. Style her like a confident, sassy Disney toddler with cartoon baby features, sparkly Mickey ears, and a podcast mic in front of her. Her look should feel bubbly and bold—like she’s been planning Disneyland itineraries since she could walk.”

Example Disney Script (Max 200 characters):

“I don’t crawl; I rope drop. If you’re not in line by 7:59 AM, don’t talk to me. I’m here for Mickey waffles and churros.”

Yup. This is the energy we’re going for. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Step 3: Upload Everything to Hedra

Next, head over to Hedra (it’s free to get started!). Here’s what to do:

  • Upload your chosen photo

  • Paste your 200-character script

  • Choose a voice (I used bubbly, American, female for peak toddler sass)

  • Add your emotional prompt to guide the animation — I told Hedra to make her look curious, confident, dramatic, and cute

After you hit “generate,” the free version may take about 30 minutes to create your video, but it’s so worth the wait!

Step 4: Share on TikTok, Reels, or Stories

Once your video is ready, download it and upload it to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or Facebook Stories. It’s perfect for Disney fans, creators, or just anyone who loves a little AI-powered silliness.

Add a fun caption like:

“This toddler ropes drops Fantasyland better than you ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐ŸŽ€
#AIbaby #DisneyAdult #MainStreetFashionista #RopeDropRoyalty”

And don’t forget to tag your TikTok with a link back to your blog if you want to drive traffic!
